Return & Refund Policy
Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at Prolyf Styles Online Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order on the Prolyf Styles website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Product orders are based on the measurements/sizes that we provide on our website.
ProLyf Styles will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the measurements provided. We encourage you to consult all size charts and measurement guidelines on the store so as to make an effective order. If they are sent incorrect, defective, or not fit in accordance with the size ordered, we'll offer you a free fix.
Items that have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
*Note: Above stated terms are only applicable if we are informed five (5) days after delivery.
*Note: There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
Returning Orders after Delivery
On delivery, please inspect item/s for damages. If it appears that the products are damaged, we will replace the item or refund the purchase.
Based on the conditions above, if a cause for Return is warranted, you may return the products delivered to you within five (5) calendar days after delivery, as long as:
- The products are unwashed and not used in any way.
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
- The product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.
You are allowed to try garments or shoes on for fit unless we have indicated otherwise (but you cannot wear them)
Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers, and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within five (5) days of receipt of your goods. We will refund the price paid for refundable items, but delivery charges, return charges or any duties and taxes will not be refunded.
You cannot return:
- Products that have been tampered with
- Products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within five (5) days of receipt of goods. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded.
When the product is returned, you will be refunded via your original method of payment.
At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact the person who purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the procedure for returning orders as stated in Returning Orders after Delivery.
We are extremely happy that you have shopped with us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then be sure to email us within five (5) days of receiving your package. Once validity of your claim has been determined an exchange or full refund (minus the delivery charge, if applicable) will be facilitated.
To qualify for a refund or replacement of item, the complaint MUST be reported via email, Phone or Whatsapp, so that we may establish your needs quickly. Please include your
- Order Reference Number
- Receipt or Proof of purchase
- Source of complaint
- The preferred action you would like us to take.
Upon receipt of your complaint, an email will be sent to notify you of same. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, your claim will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within fifteen (15) days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds [If applicable]
If you have not received your refund, we ask you to do the following first:-
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company [Some time may expire before your refund is posted]
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items [If applicable]
Only regular priced items may be refunded or replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Note that if you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. You will receive your refund after the product has been returned and processed. Please allow two (2) weeks from the time we receive the returned goods (in the case of approved refunds of orders returned after delivery) or from the date of confirmation of cancellation of your order (In the case of order cancellation before delivery).
